Our renowned golf stretching program is custom-designed for your unique needs, allowing you to get tailor-made performance training from the comfort and safety of your home. The program includes 12 hours of coaching which will be broken down as follows.
The three-month program comes with additional access to group calls on Fridays, a private Facebook group, and a fully-stocked education library
Group Calls:
Every Friday there is a 1-hour full team meeting to go over questions and specific cases. We will record these calls and you will have access to the full library
Education Library:
Over 1,000 videos (and growing) showcasing specific stretches, soft tissue techniques, corrective exercises, product techniques, and 30-60 minute joint control classes based on body part limitations
